Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma with prominent cutaneous manifestation

Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a rare subtype of extranodal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) characterized by selective growth of neoplastic cells within the vascular lumen. IVLBCL involves all types of organs and mostly is associated with poor prognosis, but patients with cutaneous variant have significantly better survival. In this article we report a case of 80-year-old woman with prominent cutaneous manifestation of intravascular large B-cell lymphoma. © Versita Sp. z o.o
